1. Open a 200 x
200 transparent image and flood fill with your favorite color.
2. Texture Effects
- Blinds/width 7/ Opacity20/Horizontal ticked.
3. Effects/Geometric
Effects/Warp - Horizontal
0/Vertical 0/Size 100/Strength - (minus) 80.
4. Simple Filters
- Quick Tile
5. Filters
Unlimited - Tile and Mirror - Kaleidoscope 2 - Divisions 48 -
Variation 192
6. Save and resize
if needed.
