Background

What
you will need:

Distortion - HERE

1.
Make a 100 x 100 transparent square
- I used 200 x 200 for examples to show up here but 100 x
100 is really big enough for most stationeries.
2.
Flood fill with a dark color from your image, in this example I used
#B51021 from the floral arrangement above. Now pick
a light color from your image, in this example I used # EFCE18.
3.
Take you paint brush with a setting of size one if you
want fine lines or a setting of size two will make it
bolder. Now have fun - make a bunch of scribbles on
your flood filled dark image with your lighter
color. Here is an example of what I used in the
image above.

Effects - Plug in Filters - VM Distortion - Kaleidoscope:

Effects - Simple Filter - Quick Tile. Your tile
should look like the sample at top. The reason I
called this never ending as it seems like you can keep doing
different variations and they never turn out the same.
